Malaysia Hosts Industrial Automation Fiesta 2018

Industrial Automation Fiesta, touted as the premier trade exhibition for factory automation, process automation, robotic automation, manufacturing process, logistic automation, and packaging automation, will once again take place in Malaysia from 14 to 15 August.

The event, which will be held at the Dewan Johor Jaya in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, takes place every two years and is open to the trade public, according to organizers.

Industrial Automation Fiesta is co-located with Malaysia Convergence of Technologies Asia, Robot Fiesta Malaysia, Process + Packaging Fiesta 2018, Process Industry Fiesta 2018, 3D Print Fiesta, and MyMat Fiesta 2018.

This year’s event focuses on automation technology, vision systems conference, and connected manufacturing conference incorporating the other events.

“Industrial Automation Fiesta 2018 is the biennial tradeshow in Malaysia that brings practical insights into the latest strategies, tools, and trends to achieve and maximize productivity and operational efficiency in manufacturing, process industry, quality control, and research and development,” the organizer said.

Expected exhibitors are from agricultural technology; process and manufacturing; marine, shipbuilding, port, offshore, and workboat; machinery and tools; woodworking; palm oil; and electric, automation, and instrumentation.

Industrial Automation Fiesta 2018 is organized by All Corp and supported by Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau, and SIAA.

This year’s event is expected to gather over 100 exhibitors and features 1,500 square meters of exhibition space. At least 3,000 visitors are expected to be in attendance during the two-day industrial fair.
