Megaworld, the Philippines’ leading real estate developer known for its portfolio of homegrown Filipino hotel brands, has unveiled plans to construct its second hotel within the 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5 Road in Pasig City. Scheduled to open in 2029, the 31-story hotel will feature 339 suites, offering a variety of accommodations that cater to both families and business travelers. Reflecting a Neoclassical architecture style, the hotel’s facade will boast symmetrical features, classical columns, arches, and intricate decorative moldings. This architectural elegance will be illuminated beautifully at night, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the ArcoVia City township.
The hotel’s interior will not disappoint, with a grand lobby staircase made of bronze and white marble tiles, and design elements that blend classical aesthetics with modern Mediterranean influences. Amenities at the ArcoVia Hotel will cater to a wide range of needs and preferences, including a swimming pool, kiddie pool, wellness spa, fitness center, and an Executive Lounge for VIP guests.
For business travelers, the hotel will offer a business center, ballroom, function rooms, and an outdoor events area with views of the Arco de Emperador. Dining options will be abundant, with four food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and bars.
