SM City Cebu unveils holiday extravaganza with grand Christmas tree lighting

CEBU CITY – As the festive season gains momentum, SM City Cebu has lit up its halls with a remarkable 30-foot-tall Christmas tree, officially heralding the holidays in the Queen City of the South.

Illuminated on October 21, the tree stands as a centerpiece in the North Wing Atrium, embracing the theme “Wish Upon A Star.” It boasts a visual feast of 3D LED fountain lights, colossal stars, dichroic lights, and an engaging interactive LED floor.

Complementing the central tree, several smaller Christmas trees shimmer with ornate balls and stars, turning the atrium into an enchanting holiday haven. This wondrous setup was made even more magical with lively musical and dance shows from the Holiday of Stars, turning the space into a gleaming winter wonderland.

Adding a melodious touch to the festive ambience, the Father of Philippine Christmas Music, Jose Mari Chan, has collaborated with SM. His newest song, “Celebrate Christmas at SM,” is set to serenade shoppers, infusing warmth and joy into their holiday shopping experience.

Across the nation, anticipation is high as SM Supermalls is gearing up to reveal its line-up of holiday centerpieces, stretching from late October to early November. With distinct designs and themes, these festive installations are destined to spread cheer to visitors of all ages across various SM malls.
