“IBE is an annual occasion for business planning of the coming year of Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Confectionery, Coffee, Art & Technology,” a statement posted on the event’s website said.

2. IBE gathers international buyers of bakery products

Held annually, the Hong Kong International Bakery Expo’s target exhibitors include those involved in bakery products, pizza products, ingredients, flavorings and additives, biscuits, baking equipment and utensils, confectionery and ice cream, cold storage and storage machineries and equipment, coffee related products, displaying supplies, packaging and merchandising supplies.
